What you can expect with an AAS inspection.

Asset Appraisal Services provides the industry’s standard third-party inspections on commercial equipment.  Our comprehensive inspections provide reconditioning data on everything from body damage to fluid levels to tire wear.  We inspect all types of heavy commercial equipment: class 8 trucks, farm implements, construction equipment, machine tools, cars, buses, car carriers, and more.  Our highly-trained inspectors are all employed directly by Asset Appraisal Services – we don’t hire subcontractors, ensuring the same high level of quality and consistency in every condition report.  Each of our inspectors has a background in the industry (salesmen, mechanics, farmers, etc.) and undergoes extensive internal training before going into the field.

Quality Assurance

With more than 100,000 inspections completed and counting, we’ve pretty much seen it all.  Asset Appraisal Services inspects all makes and models of commercial equipment.  We have established relationships with all original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and most major financing institutions.  But at AAS we’re interested in quality, not just quantity.  Each inspection is rigorously checked by our own in house quality control team before we send it to our customers.
